Monday Morning Quotes to Help You Ease Into Your Week

I am a morning person and am unbearably happy when I get out of bed before the sun rises. I love the quiet time and the morning light and enjoy working my way through my morning rituals which I require to keep my body and soul intact – exercise, meditation, breakfast, coffee and a few vitamins!

Do I glance at Facebook or Linked posts? Yes. I peruse them to see if my colleagues have posted an interesting update. Oh course, I check my feeds to see who is having a birthday, or celebrating a job change or anniversary and issue greetings. Thank you AI bots for keeping me in the loop and updated!

My other morning tradition is mulling as I think about should be writing about and haven’t tackled yet. What true, humorous story bears repeating and resonates with others?

But on this particular Monday morning, I realized that sometimes it’s not always about creating something big (i.e. a long article riddled with citations and multiple bullet points). No. Sometimes we need something simple to get us motivated and moving. We just need to take a step forward and do just one thing.

So let’s practice doing “just one thing” and start the day doing things that bring us energy and smiles to our faces.

So today, I’m keeping it simple and sharing some humorous Monday Morning Quotes. Have a great morning and enjoy doing your “just one thing!’ to energize and engage.
