So step forward into your dreams and new experiences. Start by taking the time to connect and really listen to others (strangers and friends!). Put “The One More Question Rule” into practice. This is the question or comment that shows empathy or appreciation. Acknowledging another’s experience can help build trust. Showing others that we were really paying attention, can make a difference. Look for “the good” and share what you learned at every opportunity.
