Meet Julienne B. Ryan
"I'll help you become a better communicator."
"Julienne worked with my team regarding self-awareness, and relationship building/connectivity with others through storytelling. She is a very dynamic speaker and facilitator. She draws the best out of individuals and keeps everyone engaged during her workshops "
My book, “The Learned-It-In Queens Communication Playbook – Winning Against Digital Distraction”, is out on Amazon! It’s a humorous book about how we deal with our digital communications and what will help.
I am a Communication Catalyst – I show clients how to listen so they use their voice without raising their voice, one authentic and informed conversation and story at a time.
I work with my clients in creative ways that promote active listening, constructive dialogues and laughter.
I accomplish this by using the Narativ® Storytelling, Coaching and the AccuMatch Behavior Intelligence Map® , a process that allows clients see how they show up for others, so they can take immediate, targeted action so they can make effective changes.
I am always focused on my goal of creating deep connections and transformative, shared experience so the clients feel engaged and empowered.
What’s the benefit? The clients learn what it is like to communicate respectively and effectively in a supportive environment and how they can become more productive and effective professionals.
