I am a Communication Catalyst – I help people to find and use their voice (without raising their voice) to improve their sense of self and build community, one authentic and informed conversation at a time.
I deliver humor with a purpose.
I work with my clients in creative ways that promote active listening, constructive dialogues, and laughter.
I accomplish this by using the Narativ® Storytelling, Motivational Interviewing, Coaching and the AccuMatch Behavior Intelligence Map®, a process that allows clients see how they show up for others, so they can take immediate, targeted action so they can make effective changes.
I am always focused on my goal of creating deep connections and transformative, shared experiences so the clients feel engaged and empowered.
