I was inspired by Monte A. Melnick, the Ramones tour manager, and his upcoming book tour. His experience got me thinking about what we can learn from the Ramones and how we might apply it to leadership in 2025.
Here’s what stood out to me:
- The band members were an interesting mix of personalities.
- They didn’t always get along.
- But they were disciplined performers.
- They always kept their gig commitments.
- And they played their hearts out at every show.
They got it done. Maybe it’s time to punk our way through challenges the #Ramone Way. Just sayin’. So hey, ho, let’s go!
